Their Ask: Enable India wanted a hands-on, immersive learning experience for visually impaired participants. The goal was to combine cultural exploration, local history, and skill-building to foster confidence, independent mobility, and social engagement.
Experience we tailored: We designed Death By Dosa: A History and Food Walk through Chikpete, one of Bangalore's oldest neighborhoods. The walk combined historical storytelling, food experiences, skill-building, and inclusive engagement.

Volunteers guided the participants through busy streets, provided audio descriptions of surroundings, shared fun historical facts, and encouraged exploration. Participants navigated street corners, interacted with local vendors, and experienced the neighborhood's culture and culinary richness firsthand. It was an active, immersive experience where everyone was not just observing, but fully engaging with the environment.
